The result isn't just a custom home. It's a home that actually fits.
The Morgan is where our methodology fully crystallized. The clients came to us with a vision for how they wanted to live — not a floor plan. We designed the interior first: the flow between spaces, the way light would move through the home at different times of day, the relationship between inside and outside. The structure followed.
